ABA Therapy Done Right. Because Every Child Deserves a Path to Independence.

Elite Steps ABA brings therapy to your home, built around your child, guided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and designed to help your family move forward. One step at a time.

Let’s Talk

What We Do

Some families find us right after a diagnosis. Some have been searching for the right fit for months. Some aren’t sure yet whether their child needs therapy at all, they just know something feels different, and they want to understand what’s next.

Wherever you are in that process, you belong here. Elite Steps ABA provides in-home ABA therapy (Applied Behavior Analysis) for children with autism across the entire state of New Mexico, ages 18 months through 18.

We bring in-home ABA therapy to families in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Rio Rancho, Las Cruces, and every community in between. Every plan is individualized. Every therapist is carefully matched to your child. And a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) supervises every case, every week.

How It Works

01

Reach out

Call, email, or fill out our form. We’ll get back to you within one business day.

02

Assessment

One of our BCBA conducts a thorough assessment using tools like the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, and Vineland. The BCBA spend 6–12 hours getting to know your child and 2–3 hours with you directly — because no one knows your child better than you.

03

Your child’s plan

Within three weeks, you’ll receive an individualized treatment plan built around your child’s specific strengths, needs, and goals. Not a template. Not a generic checklist. A plan that looks like your child.

04

Therapy begins

A matched therapist comes to your home. Sessions are structured with built-in breaks, and your child helps choose activities along the way. Our BCBA supervises weekly to make sure the plan stays on track — and adjusts it as your child grows.

Why Elite Steps

Why Elite Steps

BCBA-led, every step of the way

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst doesn’t just write the plan and disappear. Our BCBA observes every therapist with every child, every single week — 1 to 3 hours of direct supervision per case.

Matched, not assigned

We match your child with a therapist based on experience, location, personality, and availability. If the match isn’t right, we work with you until it is.

Therapy in your home

Sessions happen where your child is most comfortable – in your living room, your kitchen, your backyard. No commute. No waiting room. Just your child, in their own space.

No punishment. Ever.

Elite Steps uses reinforcement-based, evidence-based ABA. We do not use punishment-based interventions. Our goal is to build skills and independence, not to change who your child is.

Statewide across New Mexico

From Albuquerque to Las Cruces, Santa Fe to Farmington – we serve families across the entire state. In-home ABA therapy, wherever home is.

Parents are part of the team

Our BCBA meets with you every one to two weeks to review progress, set goals, and show you how to carry the plan forward when the therapist isn’t there. Because the work doesn’t stop when the session ends.
