It iss typically less than two weeks for Santa Fe families. From the assessment to the start of therapy is typically three weeks (the time it takes the BCBA to write your child’s individualized plan). Santa Fe does not currently have the multi-month waitlists you might encounter at clinic-based programs.
Yes. We schedule in-home sessions across all of Santa Fe and the surrounding areas ,from the Plaza and Eldorado to Tesuque, Casa Solana, and out toward Tierra Contenta and Las Campanas.
Yes and it usually should. With your written consent, our BCBA can collaborate with your child’s team so home goals and school goals reinforce each other rather than duplicate. We do not replace school services; we complement them.
Yes. Turquoise Care (NM Medicaid) covers ABA for children with an autism diagnosis. The specific managed care plan within Turquoise Care (Presbyterian Centennial Care, BCCC, Molina, Western Sky) does not change whether ABA is covered as it covers it in all four. We accept Turquoise Care.
