We’re a small agency. That’s intentional. It means our leadership team is accessible, our supervision is consistent, and no one disappears into a caseload without guidance.

What It's Like to Work Here

You won't be on your own

Our BCBA supervises every case weekly. If you have a question at 4pm on a Tuesday, you can ask it. If a session doesn’t go the way you expected, there’s someone to talk it through with — not next month, but this week.

You'll be trained before you start

Before your first session with a client, you’ll complete training covering ethics, safety, parent communication, and the ABA techniques we use at Elite Steps. We don’t hand you a binder and hope for the best.

You'll be matched thoughtfully

We don’t just fill slots. We match therapists to clients based on experience, language, cultural background, and geography. When the match is right, the work is better — for the child and for you.

Who We're Looking For

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

If you hold an RBT credential — or you’re ready to begin your RBT or QABA certification through BCAT — we’d like to talk. Minimum requirement is a high school diploma and a willingness to learn.

BCBAs

If you’re a BCBA looking for a role where your clinical judgment is respected, your caseload is manageable, and you’re part of building something from the ground up — reach out.

Want to Become a BCBA?

If you’re an RBT interested in pursuing your BCBA credential, Elite Steps can be part of that path. You’ll receive supervision from our BCBA based on BACB requirements, with dedicated monthly collaboration outside of client work to review your treatment plans, ask questions, and build your clinical skill set.

Weekly BCBA supervision and monthly fieldwork collaboration are baked into our agency model — not added on as an afterthought.
